Everything on one quiet screen.

GlucoCalm is built around a single idea: you should be able to log a reading in a few seconds and see what it means without digging.

Features

Built to be used every day.

No streaks, no badges, no notifications about notifications. Just the tools you actually need to keep track.

01

Record in seconds

Enter a value in mg/dL or mmol/L, pick from ten measurement types — before breakfast, after lunch, fasting, random and more — and add notes or insulin units.

02

Charts that read at a glance

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly line charts with a shaded band showing your target range, so a good day and a difficult one are obvious.

03

Statistics that matter

Average, median, highest and lowest, alongside weekly and monthly averages and a simple progress bar for readings in range.

04

Reminders on your terms

Set reminders to measure, take insulin, take medication, drink water or exercise. Repeat daily or only on the days you choose.

05

A report your doctor can use

Export a formatted PDF report or a CSV file for all data, the last 7 or 30 days, or a custom range. Totals always match Statistics.

06

English and العربية

The entire app, including dates and layout, switches to Arabic and flips to right-to-left. One tap in Settings.

07

Several people, one phone

Keep separate profiles for family members and switch between them. Each person's readings and charts stay their own.

08

Backup and restore

Save a full JSON backup with one tap and restore it whenever you need to. Move to a new phone without typing a single reading.

Private by design

Your readings never leave your phone.

There is no server to send them to. GlucoCalm has no account system, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. It works in aeroplane mode, and it will keep working that way.

  • No account, no email, no sign-up
  • No analytics and no third-party trackers
  • Everything stored locally on your device
  • One-tap backup you control, or no backup at all

Getting started

Installed in a minute.

STEP 01

Download the APK

Grab the 13 MB file from this page. It installs from your browser — no store account needed.

STEP 02

Allow unknown sources

Android will ask you to permit installation from your browser the first time. This is normal for a direct APK.

STEP 03

Add your first reading

Set your unit in Settings, then log a reading. Optionally add GlucoCalm to your home screen from the browser menu.

A fresh GlucoCalm install showing the History screen with no readings yet and a single Add reading button.

A fresh install holds nothing yet — which is the point. One reading is all it takes to begin.

FAQ

Reasonable questions.

Does GlucoCalm work without internet?

Yes, entirely. The app is fully offline and keeps working in aeroplane mode. There is nothing to sync, because nothing is uploaded.

Is my health data private?

Your readings are stored only on your device. GlucoCalm has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. If you want a copy of your data, use the built-in backup or export.

Is GlucoCalm a medical device?

No. GlucoCalm records readings only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance.

Can I use it in Arabic?

Yes. The full interface is available in English and العربية, including right-to-left layout and localised dates.

What can I export?

A formatted PDF report or a CSV file, covering all your data, the last 7 or 30 days, or a custom date range. Files are saved to your Downloads folder and can be shared from your phone.

Which units does it support?

Both mg/dL and mmol/L. You choose in Settings and every reading, chart and report converts automatically.
